Exchanges and returns
You may change or obtain a full refund of items that are damaged or defective, or if the items you receive are not the ones you originally ordered. The deadline for returning is 15 working days after receipt of the order.
To request a return or exchange, please send an email with the reference of the items to clientes@celopman.com along with the reason for the return. Our Customer Service Department will contact you as soon as possible to coordinate the collection of the garments and process the refund or exchange.
