– Your data will be added to Celopman's customer database. This data will only be used for commercial and promotional purposes and will be protected in accordance with the Official Data Protection Law.

– Minimum purchase of 150€.

– Need to provide a CIF or a self-contained VAT number to invoice.

– The online sale of our products purchased wholesale is not allowed.

– The return of the garments is not allowed except by tare or factory defect, in that case you have a period of 2 weeks to review them. Not applicable to items purchased in OUTLET/FACTORY area.

By purchasing you implicitly agree to these terms of purchase.

Online wholesale process

Buying on mayoristas.celopman.com is very simple. The purchase process consists of the following steps:

1) To access the Celopman online store you will need to be registered as a wholesaler. If you are already registered, you will be able to enter the store with your username and password. If you're not already registered, you can do so here.

2) Select from the main menu at the top right the family you want to view (type of garment) by clicking on the name. A screen will open with all garments belonging to that family.

3) Product selection. By clicking on the photo or description of the garment you will enter the product card. All information regarding the garment will appear on the tab: photographs, composition, available sizes, reference and price. If you want to buy the garment you are viewing, select the size and quantity and click "Add to Cart". You can then choose to continue to purchase or process an order ("pass by box"). If you want to keep buying, repeat the above process with as many clothes as you want to add to your basket.

– Start of the purchase process. Once you've finished selecting the products you want to buy, click the shopping cart symbol (top right corner). Click "check out", check your order and if everything is as you want click on "pass by box".

– Shipping data and payment method. Fill out the form with your personal data, shipping address and payment method and accept the privacy policy. When you're done, click Continue. The payment gateway of the method you have chosen (PayPal, card) will start, or it will appear on the screen to continue the order with obligation of payment in case you have chosen to pay by transfer (in this case you will receive an email with all the information on how to make the payment).

Once the purchase process is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

Shipping costs and delivery times

The price of the shipping costs will be detailed in the summary of your purchase, before proceeding with the payment. Orders ordered for warehouse pickup will not incur shipping costs. The shipping times indicated may be longer at the time of rebates or promotions.

The first shipment to Peninsula is completely FREE.

– Home delivery:

• The shipping price to Peninsula (Spain/Portugal) is 6.95 EUR.
• The shipping price to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is 10.95 EUR.
• The shipping price to Balearic Islands is EUR 7.95.
• For international shipments you can contact us via email clientes@celopman.com / emi@celopman.com and we will inform you of the shipping details for each specific case.

Delivery times

The approximate delivery times are as follows:

– Home delivery:

Spain (Peninsula): 24 to 72 working hours.

Balearic Islands: 3 to 5 working days.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3 to 10 working days.

Portugal (Peninsula): 5-10 working days

– Warehouse pick-up: 24 to 72 working hours.

Buying at mayoristas.celopman.com is in spanish, but you can buying by email or phone with our Customer Service. The purchase online process consists of the following steps:

1) To access the Celopman online store you have to be registered as a wholesaler. If you are already registered, you can enter the store with your username and password. If you are not yet registered, you can do it here.

2) Select from the main menu on the top right the family you want to see (type of garment) by clicking on the name. A screen with all the pieces belonging to said family will open.

3) Product selection. Clicking on the photo or description of the garment in the product file. In the presentation card all the information regarding the garment: photographs, composition, available sizes, reference and price. If you want to buy the garment you are viewing, select the size and quantity and click on "Add to cart". Then, you can choose to continue buying or process the order. If you want to continue buying, repeat the previous process with as many items as you wish to add to your basket.

- Start of the purchase process. Once you have finished selecting the products you want to buy, click on the shopping cart symbol (top right corner). Click on "check out", check your order and if everything is as you wish click on "continue".

- Shipping information and payment method. Complete the form with your personal information, shipping address and payment method and accept the privacy policy. When you are finished, click continue. The payment gateway of the method you have chosen will be initiated (PayPal, card, or the payment request will appear on the screen in the event that there is a payment for transfer the information on how to make the payment).

Once the purchase process is completed correctly, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the order.
